Every summer at CCC we devote ourselves to preaching through the Psalms. This rhythm helps us to internalize the language that the Psalms provide for praying our entire lives before God. The late J.I. Packer once said, “the Psalms turn little souls into big ones.” Our hope is that the prayers and songs of the Psalms will help our souls grow in depth, vitality, intimacy with God and resilience for our life in the world.
